1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Dine In you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your phone number and verification codes confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Service

Dine In allows you to reserve tables, place orders and pay invoices at participating restaurants. Restaurants remain solely responsible for the food, service and tax invoicing they provide.

5. Payments

Prices are displayed in SAR and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Tips are optional and paid directly to the restaurant.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. Order and payment history is retained for tax compliance (6 years) but no longer linked to your identity after deletion.

7. Liability

Dine In acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for the quality of the food or service provided by restaurants.
